摘 要:目的:观察不同负重快速伸缩复合训练(plyometric training,PT)对男子排球运动员下肢爆发力的影响。方法:将32名国家一级排球运动员随机分为实验A组(负重5%自身体重)、实验B组(负重10%自身体重)、实验C组(负重20%自身体重)、对照组(D组,无负重),前测后开始进行为期8周、每周2次、每次60-90min的训练干预,训练干预结束后一周内对受试者的纵跳、1RM深蹲等爆发力测试指标及训练后的疲劳程度进行评估。实验结果显示:1)经8周训练干预后,4组受试者的纵跳表现和1RM深蹲测试成绩等下肢爆发力指标均显著提高;2)相较于其他组别,C组训练后的疲劳程度最高。结论:1)负重(5%体重)PT对纵跳表现的改善效果相对其他负重更好;2)负重(20%体重)PT对1RM深蹲测试的改善效果优于其他负重,但训练后的疲劳程度更高。To observe the effect of different weight plyometric training(PT)on the explosive power of lower limbs of male volleyball players.How:Thirty-two national first-level volleyball players were randomly divided into experimental group A(carrying 5%body weight),experimental group B(carrying 10%body weight),experimental group C(carrying 20%body weight)and control group(group D without weight).After the pre-test,training intervention was performed for 8 weeks,twice a week,60-90min each time.Within one week after the training intervention,the subjects'explosive test indexes such as longitudinal jump,1RM squat and fatigue degree after training were evaluated.The experimental results showed as follows:1)After 8 weeks of training intervention,the vertical jumping performance and 1RM squat test scores of the 4 groups of lower extremity explosive power indexes were significantly improved;2)Compared with other groups,Group C had the highest degree of fatigue after training.Conclusions:1)Weight bearing(5%body weight)PT has a better effect on longitudinal jump performance than other weight bearing;2)Weight bearing(20%body weight)PT improved the 1RM squat test better than other weights,but the degree of fatigue after training was higher.
