摘　　要：饮食人类学的视域中,食物揭橥了文化社会中生态、族群、伦理、文化等因素,是人们建构身份认同与区分他者的具身化路径。周洁茹《大围有个火锅店》是一本以食物为主题的散文集,文中叙事主体常带有旅居色彩,其中关涉了旅居者的身份认同问题。旅居者的身份认同呈现流动与变易的过程,从周洁茹的食物书写中透露出来,向着三个维度展开:在旅居地的异质体验、对原籍地的身份认同,以及以旅居者选择意图为核心的身份认同建构。处于动态多元的饮食文化符号结构中,旅居者有关饮食的具身体验、记忆与情感形塑了旅居者的饮食生活,也促进了旅居者身份认同以自我经验与情感为中心的建构。From the perspective of anthropology of food,food reveals the ecological,ethnic,ethical,and cultural factors within a cultural society,and serves as an embodied path for people to construct their identity and distinguish themselves from others.Jieru Zhou’s essay collection Dawei You ge Huoguodian uses food as the main theme,and the narrative features a sense of sojourning,addressing the issue of sojourners’identity.In Jieru Zhou’s works,the identity of the sojourner unfolds in three dimensions:the heterogeneous experience in the place of sojourn,the identity tied to the place of origin,and the construction of the sojourner’s identity centred on the sojourner’s choice.In the dynamic and diversified symbolic structure of food culture,the embodied experiences,memories and emotions related to food shape the sojourners’dietary life and contribute to the construction of sojourner identity focused on the sojourners’own experiences and emotions.
