摘  要:云计算技术的普及与推广不断冲击着企业固有的商业模式,在复杂多变的外部环境下,服务型企业如何适应并利用新技术推动商业模式创新成为普遍关注的问题。本文运用单案例研究和程序化扎根数据分析方法,试图构建一个理论模型,以清晰刻画服务型企业商业模式创新的具体过程,探究服务型企业商业模式创新要素及过程机理。研究发现:服务型企业以企业-顾客的交互为起点,双方高频、良性的交互活动及行为拉近了彼此间的社交距离,提高了彼此间的信任力水平,为后续价值主张契合、价值共创、价值实现奠定基础,进而实现服务型企业商业模式创新。本文探索服务型企业如何创新商业模式,既能打开服务型企业商业模式创新过程的黑箱,又能拓展相关企业商业模式创新的演化路径。The popularization and promotion of cloud computing technology constantly impacts the inherent business model of en-terprises.Under the complex and changeable external environment,how to adapt and use new technologies to promote business model innovation has become a common concern.By using single case study and programmatic rooted data analysis method,this paper attempts to construct a theoretical model to clearly describe the specific process of business model innovation of service enterprises,and explore the elements and process mechanism of business model innovation of service enterprises.The research findings are as follows:Service-oriented enterprises take the interaction between enterprises and customers as the starting point.The high-frequency and benign interaction activities and behaviors of both sides narrow the social distance between each other,improve the level of trust between each other,lay the foundation for the follow-up value proposition alignment,value co-creation and value realization,and then realize the business model innovation of service enterprises.This paper explores how to innovate the business model of ser-vice-oriented enterprises,which can not only open the black box of the business model innovation process of service-oriented enter-prises,but also expand the evolution path of business model innovation of related enterprises.
