摘　　要：算法推荐技术作为一种通过人工智能分析和过滤机制对海量数据进行深度分析、完成信息内容与用户精准匹配的技术,其内嵌的价值逻辑与外显的意识形态功能,使其兼具工具性和意识形态性的双重属性。在互联网场域的深度应用,进一步赋予了算法推荐技术网络主流意识形态的属性,为构建智能网络主流意识形态传播体系开拓了新路径,但算法推荐技术的不当应用会导致干扰网络主流意识形态呈现、弱化网络主流意识形态认同、离散网络主流意识形态权威等多重风险。因此,应积极建构全方位的算法安全监督体系,依靠保障网络主流意识形态安全的多维之力,规制算法推荐的意识形态内容,夯实网络主流意识形态安全的现实根基,克服算法推荐技术难题,释放网络主流意识形态安全建设最大增量,实现风险防范与规避,保障意识形态安全成效。Algorithm recommendation technology,as a technology that uses artificial intelligence analysis and filtering mechanisms to analyze massive data deeply and match information content accurately with users,has both instrumental and ideological attributes due to its embedded value logic and explicit ideological function.The in-depth application in the Internet field further endows the attributes of the mainstream ideology of the network of algorithm recommendation technology,and opens up a new path for the construction of the communication system of mainstream ideology on the intelligent network.However,the improper application of algorithm rec-ommendation technology will pose multiple risks such as interfering with the presentation of mainstream ideology,weakening the recognition of mainstream ideology and dispersing the authority of mainstream ideology on the network.Therefore,we should actively construct a comprehensive algorithm security supervision system,rely on the multi-dimensional power to ensure the security of mainstream ideology on the network,regulate the ideological content recommended by the algorithm,consolidate the realistic foun-dation of mainstream ideology security on the network.And we can overcome algorithmic technical difficulties and release the maximum increment of mainstream ideology security construction in the network to prevent and avoid risks and ensure the effec-tiveness of ideological security.
