摘 要:试验旨在研究青鱼饲料中添加不同水平的枯草芽孢杆菌对其肠道消化酶活性的影响,确定青鱼养殖中枯草芽孢杆菌的最适添加水平。试验选择300尾青鱼分为4组:对照组、 0.50%枯草芽孢杆菌组、0.75%枯草芽孢杆菌组和1.00%枯草芽孢杆菌组,每组3个重复,每个重复25尾青鱼。驯养7 d,正式试验期42 d。结果表明,与对照组比,青鱼饲喂添加0.75%和1.00%的枯草芽孢杆菌可以显著增加肠道中蛋白酶、脂肪酶及淀粉酶活力(P<0.05)。与对照组比,青鱼饲喂添加0.75%和1.00%的枯草芽孢杆菌可以增加肝胰脏中蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力(P<0.05)。研究表明,青鱼养殖中添加1.00%的枯草芽孢杆菌对肠道和肝胰脏中消化酶活力效果最好。The purpose of the experiment is to study the effect of adding different levels of Bacillus subtilis on its intestinal digestive enzyme activity and determine the optimal addition level of Bacillus subtilis in black carp culture.In the experiment,300 black carp were divided into four groups:control group,0.50%Bacillus subtilis group,0.75%Bacillus subtilis group and 1.00%Bacillus subtilis group,with 25 herring repeats.Domated for 1 week for 42 d.The results showed that feeding 0.75%and 1.00%of Bacillus subtilis could significantly increase protease,lipase and amylase viability in the gut compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,feeding 0.75%and 1.00%of Bacillus subtilis could increase protease and amylase viability in liver and pancreas(P<0.05).The study showed that the addition of 1.00%B.subtilis in black carp had the best effect on digestive enzyme activity in intestinal and hepatopancreas.
