延长油田Y区块加剂原油的管道流动特性研究

摘  要:为解决延长油田Y区块在低输量运行下的流动问题,根据原油性质及现场实际情况,本文选取聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA,醋酸乙烯质量分数28%)和聚乙烯(PE,粒径200μm)两种降凝剂对Y区块2条管线进行原油特性研究,对比了两种药剂对研究油品的降凝、降黏效果,选出更加适合延长油田Y区块的改性药剂。结果表明:研究不同浓度下两种降凝剂对4个油样的降凝效果发现,两种降凝剂体系下原油凝点均呈现先下降后升高的趋势,当加剂质量分数在0~75×10^(-6)之间,4个油样的凝点随浓度增大而减小,且75×10^(-6)出现了降凝幅度最大点;通过分析降凝剂不同浓度、不同温度下对4个油样的降黏效果发现,原油黏度随实验温度的增大而减小、随加剂浓度的增大呈现先降低后稳定的趋势,且50×10^(-6)时,两条管线上的油样出现黏度最低点。从改善原油性质来看,EVA降凝剂对4个油样的降凝、降黏效果都大大优于PE降凝剂,即要达到某一凝点或黏度,EVA降凝剂的用量要远远少于PE降凝剂的用量。从经济角度考虑,100 g PE降凝剂的价格是100 g EVA降凝剂的3.2倍,因此,确定EVA降凝剂作为改善Y区块原油输送的降凝剂。In order to solve the flow problem of Y block in Yanchang Oilfield under low throughput operation,according to the properties of crude oil and the actual situation on site,this paper selected polyethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA:28%vinyl acetate content)and polyethylene(PE) particle size:The crude oil characteristics of 2 pipelines in block Y were studied by two kinds of pin-lowering agents.The pin-reducing and viscosity reducing effects of the two agents were compared,and the modified agent more suitable for block Y of Yanchang Oilfield was selected.The results showed as follows:The effect of two PCP depressants on four oil samples at different concentrations showed that the condensate points of the two PCP systems decreased first and then increased.When the concentration of the additive was between 0~75×10^(-6),the condensate points of the four oil samples decreased with the increase of the concentration,and the maximum point of PCP was found at 75×10^(-6).By analyzing the viscosity reduction effects of four oil samples at different concentrations and temperatures,it was found that the crude oil viscosity decreased with the increase of the experimental temperature,and showed a trend of decreasing first and then stabilizing with the increase of the concentration of the additive.At 50×10^(-6),the oil samples on the two lines showed the lowest viscosity.From the perspective of improving the properties of crude oil,the effect of EVA point lowering agent on the four oil samples is much better than that of PE point lowering agent,that is,to achieve a certain freezing point or viscosity,the amount of EVA point lowering agent is much less than the amount of PE point lowering agent.From an economic point of view,the price of 100 gPE point depressant is 3.2 times that of 100 gEVA point depressant.Therefore,EVA point depressant is determined as a point depressant to improve crude oil transportation in block Y.
