摘  要:针对石油工业中蒸汽驱油藏开采前期决策所需实验的高成本问题,提出基于最近邻的油藏类比方法,为现场决策提供参考支持。首先建立针对分布极特殊特征改进其距离度量方法,模型计算油藏间8个关键特征的欧氏距离和曼哈顿距离,将目标油藏的距离最近邻项目确定为类比油藏,并形成多种距离度量方法的对比;根据建立的评价方法对改进距离度量前后的类比结果进行比较和分析,得到改进距离度量后对类比模型的准确度有显著提升的结论。最终获得的油藏类比模型可以为获得储层特征的蒸汽驱油藏提供全生命周期的决策参考,所提出的评价方法对行业内评价类比决策方法提供新的思路。To address the high cost of preliminary experiments required for steam drive reservoir development decisions in the petroleum industry,this study proposes a nearest-neighbor reservoir analog method to support on-site decision-making.An improved distance measurement method was established to address unique distribution characteristics,and a model was developed to calculate the Euclidean and Manhattan distances of eight key features between reservoirs.The nearest neighbors of target reservoirs were determined as analog reservoirs,and comparisons of various distance metrics were conducted.Evaluation of the results before and after distance metric improvements revealed a significant increase in model accuracy.The final reservoir analog model provides lifecycle decision-making references for steam drive reservoirs with specific reservoir characteristics,while the proposed evaluation method offers new insights for analog decision-making in the industry.
