摘 要:在碳达峰、碳中和背景下,物流业作为国民经济发展的支柱产业之一,在推动经济发展的同时,也伴随着碳排放。基于此,文章建立经济发展指标和物流业碳排放指标,用熵权-TOPSIS法和Tapio脱钩模型划分城市类型,引入障碍度诊断模型识别障碍指标;根据障碍指标提出具体的经济发展-物流业减碳路径。研究发现,2016—2020年,湖北省经济发展指标和物流业碳排放指标均处于上升状态;“十三五”时期,湖北省内各城市呈现出两种脱钩类型,分别为较理想的弱脱钩和不太理想的扩张负脱钩。随着障碍度诊断模型的引入和障碍指标的识别,结合国家及先进地区经济、绿色物流、环境领域最新的五年规划,可建立各城市经济发展-物流业减碳措施库,助力找到经济发展-物流业减碳路径。Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the logistics industry,as a pillar industry of national economic development,is accompanied by carbon emissions while promoting economic development.Based on this,the article establishes economic development indicators and carbon emission indicators for the logistics industry,uses the entropy weight-TOPSIS method and the Tapio decoupling model to classify city types,and introduces the obstacle diagnosis model to identify obstacle indicators.The paper also proposes specific paths of economic development and carbon reduction for the logistics industry based on obstacle indicators.According to the obstacle indicators,specific economic development-carbon reduction paths of the logistics industry are proposed.The results show that from 2016 to 2020,the economic development indicators and carbon emission indicators of the logistics industry in Hubei Province are on the rise.During the 13th Five-Year Plan Period,cities in Hubei Province showed two types of decoupling,which were the ideal weak decoupling and the less ideal expansion negative decoupling.With the introduction of the obstacle diagnosis model and the identification of obstacle indicators,and combined with the latest five-year plans in the fields of national and advanced regional economy,green logistics and environment,databases of economic development-carbon reduction measures of the logistics industry in various cities can be established to help find the path of economic development-carbon reduction of the logistics industry.
