摘　　要：文章深入探讨了物流供应链中保险续期缴费管理的创新与实践,着重分析了当前管理模式存在的不足和面临的挑战,提出通过数字化转型和技术创新来提升管理效率和客户满意度的策略。研究指出,应用数字化管理平台、大数据、人工智能对客户关系管理系统进行优化,是解决现有问题、提升保险续期缴费管理效率的关键途径。文章通过国内外物流企业的实践案例分析,展示了这些技术如何具体应用于保险续期缴费管理过程中,以及这些创新实践对企业操作效率、成本控制和客户满意度的积极影响。此外,针对未来发展趋势的预测,提出了面对技术和管理挑战的应对策略,以及对企业和政策制定者的建议。最后强调,通过持续创新和合作,可以有效提升物流供应链保险续期缴费管理的质量和效率,推动行业的可持续发展。This paper delves into the innovation and practice of insurance renewal payment management in the logistics supply chain,focuses on analyzing the shortcomings and challenges of the current management model,and proposes strategies to improve the management efficiency and customer satisfaction through the digital transformation and technological innovation.The research points out that applying digital management platforms,big data and artificial intelligence to optimize the customer relationship management systems is a key way to solve existing problems and improve the efficiency of insurance renewal payment management.Through the analysis of practical cases of domestic and foreign logistics enterprises,this article demonstrates how these technologies are specifically applied in the process of insurance renewal payment management,as well as the positive impact of these innovative practices on operational efficiency,cost control,and customer satisfaction of enterprises.In addition,for predicting future development trends,the article proposes strategies to address technological and management challenges,as well as recommendations for enterprises and policy makers.Finally,the article emphasizes that through the continuous innovation and cooperation,the quality and efficiency of insurance renewal payment management in the logistics supply chain can be effectively improved,and the sustainable development of the industry can be promoted.
