油气田地面工程建设管理重点策略探析

摘　　要：在保障能源安全和绿色低碳转型发展的新形势下,面对资源枯竭、建设任务重、安全环保压力大等挑战对效益增产提出了高要求。为此,文章着重分析了油气田地面工程建设面临的关键问题,从加强前期方案管理、持续标准化建设推进、强化建设过程管理、抓紧安全环保风险管控和加强地面建设人员培训五方面提出了工程建设重点管理策略,以确保工程建设“四要素”全面受控,进一步提高工程建设质量和管理水平。In the new situation of ensuring energy security and green and low-carbon transformation and development,facing the challenges of resource depletion,heavy construction tasks,safety and environmental protection pressure,etc.,high requirements are put forward for eff icient construction.Therefore,this paper focuses on the analysis of the key problems faced by the construction of oil and gas field surface engineering,and puts forward key management strategies for project construction from f ive aspects:strengthening the management of the preliminary plan,continuing to promote the standardization of construction,strengthening the management of construction process,seizing the control of safety and environmental protection risks,and strengthening the training of surface construction personnel,so as to ensure the comprehensive control of the“four elements”of project construction.We will further improve the quality and management of construction projects.
