摘 要:儒家民本思想从本体论、价值论和方法论三个层面构建了“以民为本”“政在养民”“贤能政治”三大核心内容,分别对应中国古代社会治理的核心价值、合法性基础及参与模式。把握民本思想与近代中国政治制度变革的冲突与重构,明晰民本社会治理理念创造性转化与创新性发展的辩证关系,推进中华优秀传统文化内涵由价值判断向事实论证的转化,对我国当前的文化建设与治国理政具有重要理论与实践意义。To grasp the historical evolution,logical structure,creative transformation and innovative development of Confucian people-oriented governance is the basic clue to analyze Chinese traditional social governance culture.The Confucian people-oriented thought constructs three core contents from ontology,axiology and methodology,namely,“people-oriented”,“supporting the people”and“meritocracy”,which correspond to the core value,legitimacy foundation and participation mode of ancient Chinese social governance respectively.It is of great theoretical and practical significance for China’s current cultural construction and governance to grasp the conflict and reconstruction between the people-oriented thought and the reform of modern Chinese political system,clarify the dialectical relationship between the creative transformation and innovative development of the people-oriented social governance concept,and promote the transformation of the connotation of Chinese excellent traditional culture from value judgment to fact demonstration.
