大学新生压力知觉与获得感的关系——认知重评和生命意义感的链式中介作用

摘　　要：为了探讨大学新生压力知觉与获得感的关系,以及认知重评和生命意义感的链式中介作用,采用压力知觉量表、认知重评量表、生命意义感量表和获得感量表对1071名大学新生进行调查。结果发现:(1)大学新生压力知觉与获得感呈显著负相关;(2)认知重评在压力知觉与获得感之间起中介作用;(3)生命意义感在压力知觉与获得感之间起中介作用;(4)认知重评和生命意义感在压力知觉与获得感之间起链式中介作用。本研究丰富了大学新生获得感的研究成果,对于提升大学新生获得感的实践工作具有重要指导意义。This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain,and to explore the chain mediating role of cognitive reappraisal and meaning in life,1071 college freshmen's are surveyed using the Perceived Stress Scale,the Cognitive Reappraisal Scale,the Meaning in Life Scale,and the Sense of Gain.The results show that:(1)perceived stress is significantly negative associated with college freshmen's sense of gain;(2)cognitive reappraisal mediates the relationship between perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain;(3)meaning in life mediates the relationship between perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain;(4)cognitive reappraisal and meaning in life play a chain mediating role between perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain.This study enriches the research results of college freshmen's sense of gain,and it is a great of significance for improving college freshmen's sense of gain.
