醋酸纤维素/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/钴基金属有机骨架纳米纤维膜的性能研究

摘  要:以醋酸纤维素(CA)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为基质(CP),对钴基金属有机骨架(Co-MOF)进行封装,构建了比色活性纳米纤维膜CP/Co-MOF。结果表明,Co-MOF通过氢键作用分散在基质中,增加纤维直径及其疏水性,对热稳定性影响不大;Co-MOF赋予纤维膜良好的抗菌活性;目标纤维膜CP/Co-MOF27对多种气体(EtOH、NH_(3)和NH_(3)-H_(2)S)比色响应灵敏,呈现出肉眼可辨识的颜色变化;CP/Co-MOF纳米纤维膜在食品新鲜度保持和实时监测方面具有很大应用潜力。Cellulose acetate(CA)and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)are used as matrix(CP)to encapsulate cobalt-based metal-organic framework(Co-MOF)to prepare CP/Co-MOF,a colorimetric active nanofiber membrane,through using electrospinning technology.It is shown by results that Co-MOF disperses in the matrix through hydrogen bonding,increasing the diameter of the fiber,enhancing its hydrophobicity,with little impact on its thermal stability.In addition,Co-MOF endows the membrane with good antibacterial activity.CP/Co MOF27,the target fiber membrane,exhibits sensitive colorimetric response to various gases(EtOH,NH_(3),and NH_(3)-H_(2)S)with visual color changes.These results indicate that CP/Co-MOF nanofiber membrane has great potential for application in maintaining food freshness and real-time monitoring.
