英语专业大学生全球胜任力发展与影响因素研究

摘　　要：在外语教育中融入全球胜任力培养,是新时代外语教育的重要使命。本研究对入选“国家级一流英语本科专业”建设点的三所高校的大学生全球胜任力状况进行了调查。研究结果显示:(1)调查样本的全球胜任力总体水平较高,均值从高到低依次是态度与价值观、知识与理解、技能;(2)全球胜任力与学生的外语语言能力、外语语言学习投入度和跨文化学习与实践参与度等有密切关系;(3)学校层次、课程内容、跨文化交流与实践机会对全球胜任力的变化具有较强预测性。研究建议,应以“英语语言能力”为本,实施“英语+”复合型人才培养模式,创设更多国际交流和实践机会,提供培养学生全球胜任力的课程资源,增强学生跨文化学习自主性与积极性等。Cultivating global competence is an essential mission of foreign language education.This research has investigated English major students'global competence from three universities of"The National First-class Undergraduate Majors"in Wuhan.Results show that:(l)Those students'global competence is generally high,across three dimensions of"attitudes and values","understanding and knowledge",and"skills"in descending order;(2)Global competence is closely related to students'foreign language ability,and their engagement in foreign language learning and cross-cultural practice;(3)School level,the curriculum system and opportunities for cross-cultural practice in the university have a strong predictive effect on the change of students'global competence.According to our analysis,some suggestions are put forward,suchas prioritizing development of"English language ability",implementing"English+"talent training mode,setting up special courses on global competence and enhancing students'autonomy and initiative in cross-cultural learning.
