摘 要:本试验旨在探究饲粮中用菜籽粕替代豆粕对育肥羊生长性能、血清生化指标、营养物质消化率及瘤胃微生物的影响。选取60只体重(18.12±0.28)kg的3月龄健康育肥羔羊,随机均分为3组,分别用菜籽粕替代0(对照组)、50%(试验Ⅰ组)和100%(试验Ⅱ组)的豆粕。试验期30 d,其中预试期10 d,正试期20 d。试验期间记录试验羊体重、采食量,并于正试期第20天采集血液和瘤胃液。结果表明:各组的生长性能、营养物质消化率、血清生化指标以及瘤胃液pH、氨态氮和微生物蛋白浓度均无显著差异(P>0.05)。对照组瘤胃液中乙酸、丙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸浓度显著高于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),戊酸浓度显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。在瘤胃微生物属水平上,试验Ⅱ组互营球菌属的相对丰度显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组真杆菌属的相对丰度显著高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);对照组小杆菌属的相对丰度显著高于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组普雷沃氏菌科UCG-001的相对丰度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在育肥羊饲粮中,用菜籽粕替代50%或100%的豆粕对育肥羊的生长性能、血清生化指标、营养物质消化率均无显著影响,但降低了饲料成本,提高了经济效益。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of rapeseed meal replacing soybean meal in diets for fattening sheep on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,nutrient digestibility and rumen microorganisms.Sixty 3-month-old healthy fattening lambs with body weight of(18.12±0.28)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups and fed diets with soybean meal replaced with rapeseed meal,and the substitution ratios were 0(control group),50%(test groupⅠ)and 100%(test group Ⅱ),respectively.Each group had 20 sheep,and each sheep as a repetition.The experiment period was 30 days,including 10 days for pre-test period and 20 days for the test period.During the experiment,the body weight and feed intake of the experimental lambs were recorded.The blood and rumen fluid were collected on the 20th day of the test period.The results showed that there were no significant differences in growth performance,nutrient digestibility,serum biochemical indices,and rumen fluid pH,ammonia nitrogen and microbial protein concentrations among all groups(P>0.05).The concentrations of acetate,propionate and total volatile fatty acids in rumen fluid in control group were significantly higher than those in test groupⅠand test group Ⅱ(P<0.05),and the concentration of valerate in control group was significantly higher than that in test group Ⅰ(P<0.05).At genus level of rumen microorganisms,the relative abundance of Syntrophococcus in test group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in control group and test group Ⅰ(P<0.05);the relative abundance of Eubacterium in test group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in control group and the test groupⅡ(P<0.05);the relative abundance of Dialister in control group was significantly higher than that in test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ(P<0.05);the relative abundance of Prevotellaceae_UCG-001 in test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,replacing 50% or 100% soybean meal with rapeseed meal in the diet of fattening she
