摘  要:工程博士有组织人才培养是建设世界重要人才中心和创新高地的战略需要,也是知识生产模式转型下的必然选择。清华大学紧扣新型知识生产模式下有组织人才培养的意涵,建设资源集成共享平台,强化人才培养主体的多元协同;突出产学研用深度融合,开展基于应用情境的工程实践;突破传统学科培养逻辑,提倡跨界交叉与融合创新;建立综合多维评价体系,强调应用价值与经济社会效益。未来工程博士人才培养可在凝炼卓越工程师后备人才培养理念共识、推进以问题攻关为导向的高质量毕业工作、建立以学生为中心的信息交流共享平台、加大经费投入及其他激励政策的支撑保障等方面持续深化。The organized talent cultivation for Doctor of Engineering represents a strategic need for establishing world-leading talent centers and innovation hubs,as well as an inevitable choice under the transformation of knowledge production mode.Tsinghua University,closely adhering to the essence of organized talent cultivation under the new knowledge production mode,has established integrated resource-sharing platforms,and has strengthened the multi-stakeholder collaboration in talent cultivation.It highlights industry-academia-research-application integration,and carries out engineering practices based on real-world situations.By breaking the traditional logic of talent cultivation,it advocates interdisciplinary collaboration and integrated innovation.Additionally,it establishes a comprehensive and multidimensional evaluation system that emphasizes both applied value and economic-social benefits.Looking ahead,cultivating doctors of engineering can continue to deepen in several dimensions,including consolidating a shared understanding of the principles for cultivating outstanding engineers,advancing high-quality graduation projects centered on problem-solving,establishing a student-centered information exchange and sharing platform,and increasing financial investments and implementing other incentive policies to provide robust support and safeguards.
