摘  要:推进卓越工程师自主培养改革是适应新工业革命大背景下日趋激烈的国际竞争,加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的必由之路。“双碳”背景下石油工业面临重大转型压力,亟需加快打造一支新时代卓越工程师队伍,推动实现高水平能源科技自立自强。通过分析目前石油工业卓越工程师培养存在的问题,提出具体培养目标与要求,逐步探索形成以思政教育为引领,以企业主体平台体制机制建设、企校联合要素共建及企业跟踪督导为核心的培养路径。企业主导的卓越工程师培养具有“实践导向、应用导向、目标导向”的特色与优势,对于推动行业卓越工程师培养具有重要借鉴意义。Promoting the reform of independent training of outstanding engineers is the inevitable course to address the increasingly fierce international competition under the background of the new industrial revolution, and accelerate the efforts of developing China into a powerhouse in education, science and technology, and talent. Under the background of “carbon peak and neutrality goals”, the petroleum industry is facing a major transformation, and it is urgent to accelerate the construction of a team of outstanding engineers in the new era to promote the realization of high-level self-reliance in energy technology. By analyzing the problems existing in the training of outstanding engineers in the petroleum industry, CNPC National Elite Institute of Engineering puts forward specific training objectives and requirements. It has gradually formed a training path guided by ideological and political education, centered on the system and mechanism construction of enterprise main platform, university-enterprise co-construction, and enterprise's tracking and supervision, and has achieved certain practical results. The enterprise-led training of outstanding engineers has the characteristics and advantages of “practice orientation, application orientation and goal orientation”, which is of great significance for promoting the training of outstanding engineers in the petroleum industry.
