摘  要:教育数字化背景下,信息通信技术等国家关键领域的高层次人才供给与高质量校企合作存在重大战略需求。破题关键在于深度聚合校企最优资源,培养能够开辟新赛道新领域、勇闯工程创新“无人区”的卓越工程人才。北京邮电大学积极构建产教融合人才库、项目库、知识库、导师库和理论库,将信息通信技术领域卓越工程博士能力模型作为系统培养支架,在卓越工程师培养改革实践中遵循两个基本思路:一是牢牢把握战略需求导向,将深化学生能力培养作为根本追求;二是牢牢把握时代发展方向,将深化智能技术赋能作为改革动力,形成有国际竞争力的信息通信技术领域高端人才供给新优势。Under the background of education digitization, there is a major strategic demand for the supply of high-level talent and high-quality university-enterprise cooperation in key fields such as information and communication technology(ICT). The key lies in the in-depth aggregation of the best resources of universities and enterprises, and training of outstanding engineers who can open up new tracks or fields and discover the unknown of engineering innovation. Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications actively builds a series of repositories of industry-education integrated talent, projects, knowledge, tutors and theories, takes the competence model of outstanding doctors of engineering in ICT as a systematic training scaffold, and follows two basic ideas in the reform of outstanding engineer education: First, firmly grasp the strategic demand orientation, and place the development of students' competence as the fundamental pursuit;Second, firmly grasp the development direction of the times, empower the reforming force of talent training with artificial intelligence, and form a new advantage in the supply of high-level talent in ICT with international competitiveness.
