摘  要:全球科技革命与产业变革加速演进,工程科技创新成为国际战略博弈的主战场之一。教育作为科技与产业发展的重要基石,其基础性、先导性和全局性作用愈加凸显。发展新质生产力,推进中国式现代化,必须充分发挥教育的引领作用。聚焦工程硕博士培养过程中出现的培养理念不够先进、校企协同不够深入以及评价体系不够完善等问题,电子科技大学充分发挥电子信息学科优势,深化产教融合,锚定电子信息领域卓越工程师培养目标,构建通专结合与职业发展贯通的培养标准,将企业实际需求全面融入培养方案,打造多元主体参与的产教融合课程体系,搭建“三层次、递进式”的工程实践平台,创新产学研多方参与、重视多元贡献的质量评价机制,构建了行业特色鲜明的卓越工程师人才培养体系。With the acceleration of global technological revolution and industrial transformation, innovation in engineering science and technology emerges as one of the main arenas for international strategic competition. Education, as an important cornerstone of technological and industrial development, has become increasingly prominent in its foundational, leading, and overarching role. The development of new quality productive force and Chinese modernization calls for a full leverage of the guiding role of education. University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC) has fully exploited its advantages in electronic information disciplines to deepen industry-education integration, focusing on issues such as the underdeveloped concept for cultivating engineering master and doctoral candidates, insufficient collaboration between universities and enterprises, and an imperfect evaluation system. To cultivate outstanding engineers in the field of electronic information, UESTC has established integrated standards that combine specialized expertise with professional development, incorporated industrial needs into training programs, built an industry-education integrated curriculum system that involves multi-stockholder participation, developed a “three-level and step-by-step” engineering practice platform, empowered an evaluation mechanism that encourages industry-university-research participation and values multiple contributions, and constructed a cultivation framework for outstanding engineers with distinctive industry characteristics.
