摘  要:为探索更多的生防菌资源,对前期从健康葡萄根部分离出的1株内生拮抗细菌Pr75进行鉴定,并研究其抑菌特性。采用平板对峙培养法及生长速率法验证其活性,发现该菌对萝卜黑斑病菌的抑制效果较好;通过形态学观察、生理生化特性检测以及16S rRNA和gyrA基因测序分析,鉴定该菌为莫哈韦芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mojavensis);该菌能产生蛋白酶、纤维素酶、葡聚糖酶、淀粉酶等生防相关胞外酶,菌株基因组含有表面活性素及溶杆菌素基因,并能产生3-羟基-2-丁酮等挥发性抑菌物质。以上研究结果可为相关生防菌剂的研发提供参考。The objective of this study was to identify novel biocontrol bacteria resources.An endophytic antagonistic bacterium Pr75,previously isolated from the roots of healthy grapes,was identified and its antibacterial properties were studied.The activity of the strain was verified by dual culture assay and growth rate test.It was found that Pr75 had a favorable inhibitory effect against the pathogen of radish black spots.Morphological observation,physiological and biochemical analysis,and 16S rRNA and gyrA gene sequencing analysis identified the strain as Bacillus mojavensis.Furthermore,Pr75 has been found to secrete extracellular enzymes,including protease,cellulase,glucanase,and amylase.The genome of this strain contains genes associated with surfactants and lysozymes,and it can produce volatile antibacterial substances such as 3-hydroxy-2-butanone.The aforementioned research results can provide new references for the development of related biocontrol agents.
