摘　　要：目的探讨3D可视化技术辅助鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤(sinonasal inverted papilloma,SNIP)精准手术的临床效果。方法选取2021年2月至2023年2月宜春市人民医院收治的67例SNIP患者作为研究对象,根据不同术式分为对照组(n=37)与观察组(n=30)。对照组采用常规SNIP手术,观察组采用3D可视化技术辅助精准SNIP手术。比较两组手术相关指标、术后并发症发生情况及复发率。结果观察组住院时间、手术时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年,两组术后复发率比较差异无统计学意义。结论3D可视化技术辅助精准SNIP手术治疗SNIP能有效缩短手术和住院时间,减少术中出血量、并发症发生风险,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of 3D visualization technology assisted precise surgery for sinonasal inverted papilloma(SNIP).Methods 67 patients with SNIP admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the re-search subjects,they were divided into the control group(n=37)and the observation group(n=30)according to different surgical methods.The con-trol group was treated with conventional SNIP surgery,and the observation group was treated with 3D visualization technology to assist precise SNIP surgery.The operation related indexes,postoperative complications and postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the obser-vation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year follow-up,there was no significant difference in postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups.Conclusion 3D visualization technology assisted precise SNIP surgery for SNIP can effectively shorten the operation and hospitalization time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,the risk of complications,the number of recurrence cases,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
