摘　　要：培养拔尖创新型人才是我国当前研究生培养的重要目标之一,同时也是高校教育高质量发展的关键。医学免疫学涉及生物学与医学许多领域,是生命科学领域最活跃的学科。因此,如何培养拔尖创新型人才以及培养体系的建设是地方医学院校亟待解决的问题。遵义医科大学作为地方医学院校,在拔尖创新型人才培养方面经过多年的努力,在教学、科研、学科建设、人才培养及社会服务等各方面都取得了长足发展,逐步建立起一套适合地方医学院校免疫学研究生人才培养的模式,为科研院校和大中型医院输送优秀人才,对地方经济的发展起到关键作用。文章以遵义医科大学为例,阐述在拔尖创新型研究生培养模式及体系建设中的思路和做法,推动地方医学高校研究生教育发展。Cultivating outstanding and innovative talents is one of the important goals of China’s current postgraduate training,as well as the key to high-quality development of university education.Medical immunology involves many fields of biology and medicine,and is the most active discipline in the field of life sciences.Therefore,how to cultivate the top innovative talents and the construction of the cultivation system is an urgent problem to local medical schools.Zunyi Medical University,as a local medical school,has made great efforts in the cultivation of top innovative talents over the years,and has achieved significant development in teaching,scientific research,discipline construction,talent training and social services,etc.It has gradually established a set of models suitable for the cultivation of immunology postgraduate talents in local medical schools,and has played a key role in the development of the local economy by sending excellent talents to research institutions and large and medium-sized hospitals.This article take Zunyi Medical University as an example to elaborate the ideas and practices in the construction of the model and system for cultivating top innovative postgraduate students to promote the development of postgraduate education in local medical universities.
