文献报告会联合CBL-PBL教学法在泌尿外科临床教学中的应用

摘  要:目的评价文献报告会联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)以及以问题为基础的教学法(problem-basedlearning,PBL)在泌尿外科临床教学中的运用效果。方法选取2021年1月―2022年12月在四川大学华西广安医院泌尿外科轮转的60名住培医师,以2022年1―12月轮转的住培医师为试验组,以2021年1―12月轮转的住培医师为对照组,各30名。试验组采取文献报告会联合PBL-CBL教学法进行教学,对照组采取传统教学法进行教学。教学结束后,采用出科考核成绩和自我评价调查表评估2组的教学效果。结果试验组的出科考核成绩为(91.53±4.75)分,高于对照组的出科考核成绩[(87.35±4.46)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住培医师在文献检索能力、英文文献翻译能力、幻灯片制作能力、演讲与交流讨论能力、解决临床问题的能力、逻辑思维能力的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。90%(27/30)的试验组住培医师的教学认可度较高。结论在泌尿外科临床教学中应用文献报告会联合PBL-CBL教学法,可以提高住培医师的出科考核成绩,提高教学满意度。Objective To evaluate the application of journal club combined with case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of urology.Methods A total of 60 resident physicians who rotated in the department of urology of Sichuan University West China Guang’an Hospital were selected.The experimental group consisted of resident physicians who rotated from January to December 2022,and the control group consisted of trained physicians who rotated from January to December 2021,with 30 resident physicians in each groups.The experimental group adopted journal club combined with PBL-CBL teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching methods.After the teaching,the teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated by the examination results and self-evaluation questionnaire.Results The test score of the experimental group were(91.53±4.75)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(87.35±4.46)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the resident physicians in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in literature retrieval ability,English literature translation ability,slide making ability,speech and communication and discussion ability,clinical problem solving ability and logical thinking ability,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).90%(27/30)of the experimental group has a higher teaching recognition of teaching.Conclusion The application of journal club combined with PBL-CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of urology can improve the performance of resident physicians,and improve their teaching satisfaction.
