摘 要:目的探讨基于团体努力的应用研究(group effort applied research,GEAR)式翻转课堂的微课教学在肾内科见习教学中的效果。方法选取2022年7月—2023年6月轮转进入蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院肾脏内科及血透中心的90名本科见习生,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=50),对照组采用常规教学模式,试验组采用基于GEAR式翻转课堂的微课教学。观察比较2组本科见习生理论考核、实操考核成绩,比较2组见习生对理论提升、技能提升、协作能力提升、学习兴趣提升的评价以及教师对本科见习生评分的差异。结果试验组的理论成绩和实操考核成绩及总分分别为(79.60±6.52)分、(84.70±4.00)分和(82.15±4.25)分,均高于对照组[(76.03±6.86)分、(74.78±5.04)分、(75.40±4.58)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组见习生在学生理论提升、技能提升、协作能力提升、学习兴趣提升的问卷评分以及教师对见习生的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于GEAR式翻转课堂的微课教学在肾内科见习教学有助于见习生的理论、技能、协作能力、学习兴趣多方面提升。Objective To explore the effectiveness of micro lesson teaching based on group effort applied research(GEAR)flipped classroom in nephrology internship teaching.Methods A total of 90 undergraduate interns who rotated into the Nephrology and Hemodialysis Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from July 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and test group(n=50).The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the micro lesson teaching based on GEAR flipped classroom.The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the two groups were observed and compared and the evalution in theoretical improvement skill improvement collaboration ability improvement learning interest improvement and teacher evaluation of the interns between the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical scores and total scores of the experimental group were(79.60±6.52)points,(84.70±4.00)points and(82.15±4.25)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(76.03±6.86)points,(74.78±5.04)points,(75.40±4.58)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire scores of interns in the experimental group on student theoretical improvement,skill improvement,collaborative ability improvement,learning interest improvement and teachers’scores on interns were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Micro course teaching based on the GEAR-style flipped classroom in nephrology internship teaching can help improve interns’theory skills collaborative ability and learning interest in multiple aspects.
