摘　　要：医患沟通贯穿于临床诊疗活动的始终,医学专业型研究生处于接触临床工作的起始阶段,此时加强医患沟通的培训,将很大程度上影响其今后对待患者的方式方法。文章分析了医患沟通现况及存在的问题,对加强医学专业型研究生这一特殊群体的医患沟通能力进行探讨。提出在新医学模式下,医患沟通应注重对患者的心理支持、充分利用优质网络信息多途径减少医患认知差异、加强医德教育、促进医患信任、尊重医患双方在医疗活动中的平等关系及共同决定权。重视对医患沟通模式的研究及教育,将医学专业型研究生医患沟通能力培训贯穿于课堂及临床住培全过程,培养具备良好医患沟通技能及创新研究能力的高素质医学人才,为提升诊疗效率、营造和谐医患关系奠定基础。Doctor-patient communication runs through clinical diagnosis and treatment activities,and medical graduate students are at the beginning of clinical work.At this time,strengthening doctor-patient communication training will greatly affect the way they treat patients in the future.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of doctor-patient communication,and discusses how to strengthen the doctor-patient communication ability of medical graduate students.Under the new medical model,doctor-patient communication should pay attention to psychological support for patients,make full use of high-quality network information to reduce cognitive differences between doctors and patients,strengthen medical ethics education,promote doctor-patient trust,respect the equal relationship between doctors and patients in medical activities and co-decision.Attaching importance to the research and education on the mode of doctor-patient communication,the training of doctor-patient communication ability for medical graduate students will run through the whole process of classroom and clinical training,and high-quality medical talents with good doctor-patient communication skills and innovative research ability will be cultivated to lay a foundation for improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
