基于STM32的安全型手术转运床的设计与运用

摘  要:目的:设计一种安全型手术转运床,便于患者手术的安全转运。方法:以STM32为主控制芯片,采用4组测距传感器分布转运床床板的四角,用于监测转运床在移动中周围的障碍物。当手术转运床距离障碍物距离小于设定值时,控制舵机制动机构锁死转运床的两个后轮,同时发出报警声,提醒医务人员注意转运方向,避免转运床撞上障碍物。结果:经过临床测试,安全型手术转运床监测床板与障碍物之间的距离值,及时提醒医护人员或是患者家属,防止转运床在转运患者过程中撞击障碍物。结论:安全型手术转运床对于提高手术患者转运安全性,降低医疗风险具有重大意义。Objective:Design a safe surgical transport bed for the safe transport of patients undergoing surgery.Methods:Using STM32 as the main control chip,four sets of distance sensors are used to distribute the four corners of the transport bed board,used to monitor obstacles around the transport bed during movement.When the distance of the surgical transfer bed from the obstacles is less than the set value,the servo braking mechanism is controlled to lock the two rear wheels of the transfer bed,and at the same time,an alarm sound is issued to remind the medical staff to pay attention to the direction of transfer to avoid the transfer bed from hitting the obstacles.Results:After clinical testing,the safe surgical transfer bed monitors the distance between the bed board and obstacles,promptly reminds medical staff or patient family members,and prevents the transfer bed from hitting obstacles during patient transportation.Conclusion:A safe surgical transport bed is of great significance in improving the safety of surgical patient transport and reducing medical risks.
