摘　　要：吸烟是多种慢性呼吸疾病、恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病和糖尿病等慢性非传染性疾病的"共性"危险因素,是我国当前重要的公共卫生问题之一,而控烟是疾病防控最有效且符合成本效益的干预措施。2023年5月至2024年9月期间,烟草病学领域涌现了大量高水平研究。本文从流行病学、临床治疗研究、控烟政策和教学实践等角度,系统梳理了其中具有代表性的研究成果,旨在加深公众对"吸烟为致病之首恶,控烟为防病之首善"理念的认识,并为推动烟草控制和疾病防治工作提供科学支持。Smoking is a common risk factor for various chronic non-communicable diseases,including chronic respiratory diseases,malignant tumors,cardiovascular diseases,and diabetes,making it one of significant public health challenges in China.Tobacco control is the established most effective and cost-efficient intervention for disease prevention and control.From May 2023 to September 2024,numerous high-quality studies have emerged in the field of tobacco medicine.This article systematically reviewed representative research findings from the perspectives of epidemiology,clinical treatment,tobacco control policies,and teaching practice,aiming to deepen public understanding of the concept that"smoking is the leading cause of disease,and tobacco control is the foremost strategy for prevention".This article provided scientific support for advancing tobacco control and disease prevention efforts.
