摘  要:南方谈话是中国共产党历史上一次伟大的思想解放宣言。在东欧剧变、苏联解体、世界格局深刻演变的形势下,世界社会主义遭遇的艰难挫折对我国的发展以及国内人民的信仰理念、道路自信、改革方向产生了一定的消极影响。而邓小平的南方谈话犹如强劲东风,吹散了厚重的乌云。南方谈话鲜明展现出以邓小平为主要代表的中国共产党人对马克思主义真理的坚定信仰与绝对忠诚、对社会主义发展规律的系统认识与科学把握、对改革开放社会主义方向的高度自信与强大底气,深刻启迪中国共产党和中国人民秉持真理至上、恪守信仰的理念,强化独立自主、树立全局的意识,弘扬敢为人先、锐意进取的作风。The South Tour Talks is a great declaration of ideological liberation in the history of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Under the situation of dramatic changes in Eastern Europe,the collapse of the Soviet Union,and the profound evolution of the world pattern,the frustration and setbacks suffered by world socialism have had a certain negative impact on the development of our country,as well as on the beliefs and faith of the domestic people,the road confidence and the direction of reform.Deng Xiaoping's South Tour Talks was like a strong east wind that blew away the heavy clouds.With Deng Xiaoping as the main representative of the CPC,the South Tour Talks demonstrated a firm belief in and absolute loyalty to the truth of Marxism,a systematic understand-ing and scientific grasp of the laws of socialist development,and a high degree of self-confidence and strong backing for the socialist direction of reform and opening-up of China,and profoundly enlightened the CPC and the Chinese people to uphold the supremacy of truth and abide by the faith,to strengthen the awareness of being independence and setting up the big picture,as well as to carry forward the style of daring to be the first and keeping forging ahead with determination.
