论年轻干部践行初心使命的“必由之路”

摘　　要：年轻干部是党和国家事业发展的生力军,是中国特色社会主义事业的接班人。习近平总书记强调,年轻干部要“自觉做党的创新理论的笃信笃行者”“自觉做对党忠诚老实的模范践行者”“自觉做矢志为民造福的无私奉献者”“自觉做勇于担当作为的不懈奋斗者”“自觉做良好政治生态的有力促进者”。由此五个“自觉做”饱含对年轻干部的般切希望,也为年轻干部奋进新征程、建功新时代提供基本遵循,指明“必由之路”。Young cadres are the vital force for the development of the Party and the country,and are the successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.Gener-al Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that young cadres should"consciously be the believers and practitioners of the Party's innovative theories","consciously be an exemplary prac-titioner of loyalty and honesty to the Party","consciously be a selfless dedication to the people's well-being","consciously be the unremitting struggler who has the courage to take up the role",and"consciously be a strong promoter of good political ecology".The five"consciously do"pointing out the"Only Way"contains great hope for young cadres,and also provides basic guidelines for young cadres to strive for a new journey and build a new era.
