摘　　要：随着信息化社会的到来,现代教育步入全新的时代,教育者需要具备一定的现代教育技术实践能力,才能更好地适应和引领教育变革。对于应用型本科高校师范生来说,培养现代教育技术实践能力具有重要意义。本文分析高等院校师范生现代教育技术实践能力培养的意义,并立足实际提出培养策略和存在的挑战,以更好地满足师范生的全面发展需求。With the arrival of the information society,modern education has entered a new era.Educators need to have certain modern educational technology practice abilities to better adapt to and lead educational changes.For applied normal university students,it is of great significance to cultivate the practical ability of modern educational technology.This paper analyzes the significance of cultivating the practical ability of modern educational technology for normal university students and puts forward the cultivation strategies and challenges based on the actual situation,so as to meet the needs of normal university students'comprehensive development better.
