摘 要:随着微创精准化手术新时代的到来,患者不仅追求肿瘤切除的彻底性,同时对生活质量、心理健康的需求也越来越高。甲状腺恶性肿瘤逐渐趋于年轻化发展,相较于颈部"自杀式"瘢痕,微创化手术的发展是甲状腺恶性肿瘤手术的必然趋势。机器人甲状腺手术系统克服腔镜手术的局限性,在微创外科发展中占据主导地位。本文针对机器人技术在甲状腺癌中应用现状、手术适应证、适用人群、手术入路、术中辅助手段及手术并发症防治等问题进行阐述。With the advent of the new era of minimally invasive and precise surgeries,patients are not only pursuing the thoroughness of tumor removal but also increasingly demanding a better quality of life and mental health in the future.Thyroid malignancies are gradually becoming more common among younger individuals.Com-pared to the"suicidal"scars on the neck,the development of minimally invasive surgeries is an inevitable trend in the surgical treatment of thyroid malignancies.The robotic thyroid surgery system overcomes the limitations of lapa-roscopic surgery and occupies a dominant position in the development of minimally invasive surgery.This article discusses the current application of robotic technology in thyroid cancer,including surgical indications,suitable pa-tient populations,surgical approaches,intraoperative auxiliary methods,and the prevention and treatment of surgi-cal complications.
