乡村振兴背景下成人文化技术学校的发展现状与对策研究——基于浙江省1034所乡镇成校的调研

摘  要:乡镇成校是直接服务于农民的学习基地,也是培养乡村全面振兴人才的重要场所。对浙江省1 034所乡镇成校调研发现,乡镇成校教育功能日趋综合化,面向农村各年龄段居民开展各类教育培训,成为提升农村普惠性人力资本的重要平台,在农村继续教育网络中发挥着承上启下的作用。但乡镇成校存在办学保障薄弱、人员队伍专业化发展困难等诸多制约发展的瓶颈问题。为推进乡镇成校建设,应加强成校发展的制度建设、明确成校办学功能定位、保障成校工作者专业化发展、支持成校办学体系化发展探索以及协同创新发展农村继续教育。Township adult schools are learning bases that directly serve farmers and are also important venues for cultivating talents for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.A survey of 1,034 township adult schools in Zhejiang Province reveals that the educational functions of these schools are becoming increasingly comprehensive.They offer various types of training for rural residents of all ages,serving as an important platform for enhancing the inclusive human capital in rural areas and playing a pivotal role in the rural continuing education network.However,there are many bottleneck problems restricting the development of township adult schools,such as weak guarantees for running schools and difficulties in the professional development of the staff.In order to promote the construction of township adult schools,it is necessary to strengthen the institutional construction for the development of adult schools,clarify the functional positioning in running schools.Additionally,it is essential to ensure the professional development of adult school workers,support the exploration of systematic development in adult school operations,and collaborate on innovative development of continuing education in rural areas.
