摘 要:沉香(Aquilaria sinensis)历史悠久,是珍贵药材和名贵天然香料。沉香的供应远不能满足实际需求,而且沉香生长过程中常被黄野螟(Heortia vitessoides Moore)严重为害。黄野螟触角在其寄主找寻、交配等方面起着重要的作用,明确其触角感受器类型,能为其成虫的防控提供理论依据。研究利用扫描电镜对黄野螟雌雄成虫触角感受器的种类、形态、分布以及雌雄差异进行系统观察。扫描结果显示,黄野螟成虫触角呈线状,雌虫触角长(7.71±1.72)mm,雄虫触角长(7.09±1.31)mm;由柄节、梗节、鞭节3部分构成,鞭节有66~67个亚节;存在毛形感器(Str)、锥形感器(Sb)、刺形感器(Sch)、腔锥形感器(Sco)、鳞形感器(Ssq)、耳形感器(Sau)、B?hm氏鬃毛(Bb)共7种感器类型,其中B?hm氏鬃毛只在柄节与梗节上分布,其他6种感器分布在鞭节不同部位,毛形感器、锥形感器、腔锥形感器和耳形感器均有2种及以上的亚型。7种感器中毛形感器数量最多且分布最广,刺形感器在雌雄蛾触角上的分布数量稍有不同,耳形感器Ⅱ型仅在雄蛾触角上发现,其余4种感器均无明显的雌雄二型性。研究结果将为黄野螟的寄主定位、配偶识别和天敌防御等行为机制提供一定的理论支持,从而为研究黄野螟害虫的绿色防控奠定基础。Aquilaria sinensis has a long history,and it is a precious medicinal material and a precious natural spice.However,the supply of Aquilaria sinensis is far from satisfying the actual demand.And Aquilaria sinensis is often seriously damaged by Heortia vitessoides Moore in the growth process simultaneously.The antennal sensilla of adult play important roles in the host location and mating of Heortia vitessoides Moore.It can provide theoretical basis for pest control.The species,morphology,distribution and gender difference of antennal receptors in male and female adults were systematically observed by scanning electron microscopy.The scanning results showed that the antennae were linear,the female antennae were(7.71±1.72)mm long,and the male antennae were(7.09±1.31)mm long.The antennae were composed of stalk,stalk and whip,and the whip had 66~67 subsegments.There were 7 sensory types:hairy(Str),conical(Sb),spine-shaped(Sch),lumen-conical(Sco),squamous-shaped(Ssq),auricular(Sau)and Bohm's mane(Bb).Bohm's mane was only distributed on the stalk and stalk,while the other 6 sensory types were distributed in different parts of the whip.There are two or more subtypes of trichoid,conical,luminal and auricular sensorium.Trichoid sensillae were the most abundant and widely distributed among the 7 sensillae,and StrⅠwas more abundant and longer on the antennae of male and female moths,the number of prickly sensillae was slightly different on the antennae of male and female moths,and auricular sensillae type II was only found on the antennae of male moths,and the other 4 sensillae showed no obvious dimorphism between males and females.The results will provide theoretical support for the host localization,mate recognition and natural enemy defense of the Borer,and lay a foundation for the study of green prevention.
