磁控溅射氧化铝复合膜提高Nb-TiAl合金抗高温氧化性能的研究

摘  要:采用磁控溅射法在高Nb-TiAl合金上制备Al_(2)O_(3)及Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)涂层,经900℃和1000℃下空气中循环氧化后,研究了高Nb-TiAl基体表面涂层的抗高温氧化性能。结果表明,900℃下,Al_(2)O_(3)及Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)涂层提高了合金抗高温氧化性能;1000℃下,Al_(2)O_(3)涂层失去保护性,而Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)涂层促使基体的抗高温氧化性能有效提高。Al_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)涂层与基体的结合力是Al_(2)O_(3)涂层与基体结合力的2.2倍。Single Al_(2)O_(3)coating and Al_(2)O_(3)/Y_(2)O_(3)composite coating have been successfully prepared on high Nb containing TiAl alloy by radio frequency magnetron sputtering.High-temperature cyclic oxidation test at 900℃and 1000℃in air was also preformed to investigate the oxidation and spallation resistance of such coatings on high Nb containing TiAl alloy substrates.The results indicate that both the single Al_(2)O_(3)coating and Al_(2)O_(3)/Y_(2)O_(3)composite coating exhibits not only excellent oxidation resistance but also good spa llation resistance under thermal cycling at 900℃.The oxidation resistance of the single Al_(2)O_(3)coating is ver y poor at 1000℃.While the Al_(2)O_(3)/Y_(2)O_(3)composite coating still provides excellent oxidation and spallation resistance.The bonding force between Al_(2)O_(3)/Y_(2)O_(3)composite coating and alloys is 2.2 times compared with Al_(2)O_(3)coating and alloys.
