摘 要:目的:针对活性炭对反式-4-羟基-L-脯氨酸发酵液的脱色条件进行研究,确定最佳工艺条件。方法:通过单因素试验和正交试验,以反式-4-羟基-L-脯氨酸脱色率和收率作为考察指标,筛选出活性炭用量、发酵液pH值、搅拌温度、搅拌时间对脱色工艺的影响。结果:最佳脱色工艺为活性炭用量4%、发酵液pH值为3.0、搅拌温度60℃、搅拌时间30 min。结论:反式-4-羟基-L-脯氨酸发酵液脱色率达到98.76%、收率达到94.10%,应用前景广阔。Objective:Research on the decolorization conditions of activated carbon for trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline fermentation broth and determine the optimal process conditions.Methods:The effects of activated carbon dosage,fermentation broth pH,temperature,and stirring time on the decolorization process were screened through single factor tests and orthogonal tests.The decolorization rate and yield of trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline served as the evaluation indexes.Results:The optimum decolorization process was as follows:activated carbon dosage 4%,fermentation broth pH 3.0,temperature 60℃,stirring time 30 min.Conclusion:The decolorization rate of trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline fermentation broth reached 98.76%,and the yield was 94.10%,with broad application prospects.
