摘 要:新时代教育对外开放正逐渐嵌入共同体建设的多元工具体系与顶层设计,其角色和定位日益呈现清晰化、中心化趋势,成为推动人类命运共同体构建的重要动力机制之一。二者深刻体现了马克思国际关系思想国家利益观、国际主义思想、自由人联合体思想、道德和正义原则的理论精髓,共同构建了一个立体的、互为补充的耦合协调逻辑图景。受全球经济、政治、生态危机,价值冲突与话语统治,“逆全球化”与科技鸿沟以及教育的社会效用与治理体系等因素的影响,当前教育对外开放在实践中面临诸多阻滞。为推动新时代高水平教育对外开放事业持续发展,需要建设协同发展的教育合作体系,实现人类命运共同体的共赢共享;构筑多元共融的教育交流平台,夯实人类命运共同体的信任基石;创新包容开放的信息共享机制,促进人类命运共同体的文明根基;革新国际教育正义的理念框架,丰富人类命运共同体的道义优势。The opening of education in the new era is gradually embedded in the diverse tool system and top-level design of community construction.Its role and positioning are gradually showing a clear and centralized trend,becoming one of the important driving mechanisms for promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.The two deeply reflect the theoretical essence of Marx’s views on national interests,internationalism,the idea of the Free Association,and the principles of morality and justice in international relations,jointly constructing a three-dimensional and complementary logical landscape of“coupling and coordination”.Due to global economic,political,and ecological crises,value conflicts and discourse domination,anti-globalization and technological divide,as well as the social utility and governance system of education,the current opening up of education to the outside world is facing many obstacles in practice.To promote the sustained development of high-level opening of education in the new era,it is necessary to build a collaborative education cooperation system and achieve a win-win and shared future for mankind;building a diverse and inclusive educational exchange platform,consolidating the trust foundation of a community with a shared future for mankind;innovate inclusive and open information sharing mechanisms to promote the civilized foundation of a community with a shared future for mankind;innovate the conceptual framework of international educational justice and enrich the moral advantages of a community with a shared future for mankind.
