摘　　要：采用走访踏查和实地调查相结合的方法,研究了四川省5个竹林下食用菌栽培区共计22种竹—食用菌复合栽培模式。通过建立评价指标体系,对比了不同竹—食用菌复合模式的经济、生态和社会效益,总结了竹下食用菌栽培的共性关键技术,提出了竹—食用菌复合模式选择的合理化建议。评价结果显示,四川省竹林下最适宜种植的食用菌类型为赤菇和竹荪,在22种竹—菌复合栽培模式中综合效益排名前5位的依次是雷竹—赤菇、丛生竹—赤菇、毛竹—赤菇、苦竹—竹荪和丛生竹—竹荪。该研究可为四川省合理利用竹资源、因地制宜地发展竹—菌复合经营、推动天府森林粮库建设提供参考。A research has been carried out to investigate 22 bamboo-edible fungi compound management modes across 5 regions in Sichuan province by using interview and field investigation.With the indicator system built,the economic,ecological and social benefits of these compound management modes are compared,the broadly applicable and critical technologies for edible fungi cultivation in bamboo forests are summarized,and sensible suggestions are given to help the selection of reasonable bamboo-edible fungi compound management modes.The evaluation results indicate that the most suitable species of edible fungi for cultivation in bamboo forests in Sichuan Province are Stropharia rugosoannulata(wine-cap stropharia)and Dictyophora indusiata(bamboo fungus),and in terms of comprehensive benefits,the top 5 species among the 22 bamboo-edible fungi compound management modes are Phyllostachys violascens‘Prevernalis’-Stropharia rugosoannulata,clustered bamboo-Stropharia rugosoannulata,Ph.pubescens-S.rugosoannulata,Pleioblastus amarus-D.indusiata and clustered bamboo-D.indusiate.This study provides practical references for Sichuan Province to reasonably utilize bamboo resources,develop bamboo-fungi compound management and promote the development of forest food.
