摘  要:目的探讨虚拟现实技术(VR)在新护士静脉治疗培训中的应用效果。方法第1步,量性研究。2023年10-12月,采用整群抽样法选取某三级甲等医院新护士167名作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=83)和对照组(n=84),对照组采用传统培训模式进行静脉治疗培训,观察组在对照组基础上增加基于VR制作的课件进行培训。比较两组新护士教学效果及课程满意度。第2步,质性研究。2023年12月至2024年1月,采用目的抽样方法选取观察组14名新护士作为研究对象。通过半结构访谈进行资料收集,采用Colaizzi七步法分析访谈资料。结果观察组理论成绩、自我效能感和课程满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);操作成绩与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。质性研究针对新护士对VR应用于静脉治疗培训的感受共提炼出2个主题,7个亚主题:VR培训的积极体验(学习体验直观、增强知识理解与记忆、提升操作理解能力、提高学习效果与兴趣、增强操作技能和自信心);VR培训体验的优化需求(清晰度可进一步提高、互动性与操作体验感有待增强)。结论在新护士静脉治疗培训中应用VR是可行的,在一定程度上提高了教学效果和课程满意度。Objective To explore the effect of virtual reality(VR)technology on intravenous therapy training for new nurses.Methods Step 1,Quantitative study.From October to December 2023,167 new nurses were selected by cluster sampling from a GradeⅢ-A tertiary hospital.They were divided into the observation group(n=83)and the control group(n=84)by using a random number table.The control group received traditional intravenous therapy training whereas the observation group additionally received VR-based courseware training.The teaching effect and course satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Step 2,qualitative study.From December 2023 to January 2024,14 new nurses were selected by purposive sampling from the observation group.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with them and interview data was analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step method.Results The theoretical scores,self-efficacy and course satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference in operational scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The qualitative study identified 2 main themes and 7 sub-themes regarding new nurses'feelings about VR application in intravenous therapy training:Positive experience with VR training(intuitive learning experience,enhanced knowledge comprehension and memory,improved operational understanding,increased learning effect and interest,and enhanced operational skills and self-confidence);optimization needs for VR training experience(further improvement in clarity,and further improvement in interactivity and operational experience).Conclusion It is feasible to apply VR in intravenous therapy training for new nurses,as it can improve the teaching effect and course satisfaction to a certain extent.
