摘  要:基于电涡流原理设计了一款新型角度测量传感器,并对该传感器的调制解调原理、角度解算算法进行了分析设计与实验,验证了原理的可行性,实验证明,该传感器最大跟踪速率能达10000 r/min,静态角精度达±20″。该型传感器采用PCB工艺制作,传感部分仅由2块PCB组成,且解算电路不需要专用RDC解码芯片,只需要常规的微处理器即可实现,具有生产简单、尺寸小、重量轻、环境适应性强、核心技术自主可控等优点。This article studies and designs a new type of angle measurement sensor based on the principle of eddy current.The modulation and demodulation principle and angle calculation algorithm of the sensor are analyzed,designed,and experimentally validated,verifying the feasibility of its principle.The experiment proves that the maximum tracking rate of the sensor can reach 10000 r/min,and the static angle accuracy can reach±20″.This type of sensor is made using PCB technology,and the sensing part is only composed of 2 PCBs.The solving circuit does not require a dedicated RDC decoding chip,only a conventional microprocessor can be implemented.It has a series of advantages such as simple production,small size,light weight,strong environmental adaptability,and independent and controllable core technology.
