摘 要:传统的插秧机年作业量小、利用率低、智能化程度低,无法满足庞大的种植需求。为此,通过优化分析传统插秧机结构,设计一款新型插秧机。通过对新型插秧机辅助行走机构工作原理进行深入研究,完成了辅助行走机构运动学建模,并利用CATIA软件建立新型插秧机虚拟样机三维模型,成功导入ADAMS软件中进行虚拟仿真建模。最后,对新型插秧机的升降高度和倾斜度进行仿真计算,验证了新型插秧机的理论模型和三维虚拟仿真模型的正确性。经过三维虚拟仿真设计后的新型插秧机设计合理,能够在实际工况下自主作业,有效减轻了作业人员的工作强度,提高了水稻种植效率,避免了漏播、重播等现象的发生,具有一定的实用价值。The traditional rice transplanter has a small annual workload,low utilization rate,and low level of intelligence,which cannot meet the huge planting needs.This article designed and studied a new type of rice transplanter by optimizing and analyzing the structure of traditional rice transplanters.Through in-depth research on the working principle of the auxiliary walking mechanism of the new type of rice transplanter,the kinematics modeling of the auxiliary walking mechanism was completed,and the 3D model of the virtual prototype of the new type of rice transplanter was established using CATIA software,which was successfully imported into ADAMS software for virtual simulation modeling.Finally,the lifting height and inclination of the new type of rice transplanter were simulated,the results verified the correctness of the theoretical model and three-dimensional virtual simulation model of the new rice transplanter.After 3D virtual simulation design,the new type of rice transplanter was designed reasonably and can operate independently under actual working conditions,effectively reducing the workload of operators,improving rice planting efficiency,avoiding the occurrence of missed sowing,replanting,and other phenomena.It had certain reference value for the development and design of other intelligent equipment.
