摘  要:农业拖拉机在工作过程中会产生不同频率和幅度的振动信号,通过对振动信号分析可以获取拖拉机运行状态和机械部件健康状况的信息。为此,以丘陵山区甘蔗田间拖拉机振动信号为研究对象,在丘陵山区甘蔗田间采集拖拉机振动信号数据,对其进行预处理,并基于改进阈值函数的奇异值小波去噪法对信号进行滤波、降噪和特征提取,构建了针对丘陵山区甘蔗田间拖拉机振动数据库。对比分析和试验验证了该方法在丘陵山区甘蔗田间拖拉机振动信号分析中的有效性和可行性,研究结果可为提高丘陵山区农业拖拉机的工作效率、安全性和可靠性提供重要的理论和技术支持。Agricultural tractors will generate vibration signals of different frequencies and amplitudes during the working process,and through the analysis of these vibration signals,information about the operation status of tractors and the health condition of mechanical components can be obtained.For this,took tractor vibration signals in sugarcane fields in hilly mountainous areas as the research object,and constructed a tractor vibration database for sugarcane fields in hilly mountainous areas by collecting tractor vibration signal data in sugarcane fields in hilly mountainous areas and preprocessing them,filtering,noise reduction and feature extraction based on the singular value wavelet denoising method with improved threshold function.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method in the analysis of vibration signals of sugarcane field tractors in hilly mountainous areas were verified through comparative analysis and experiments.The research results can provide important theoretical and technical support for improving the efficiency,safety and reliability of agricultural tractors in hilly mountainous areas.
