摘 要:进行了一种旋转式切割的橡胶苗芽片获取机的设计与验证试验,并针对目前手动切割橡胶苗芽片效率低下的问题,提出了一种新的自动化橡胶苗芽片获取机设计方案。设计采用旋转式切割结构,包含夹持机构、旋转切割机构、传输机构和控制系统,能够高速、精准地切割橡胶芽条上的芽片。同时,介绍了机构的设计原理、具体结构和工作原理,并使用试验验证了切割效果。结果表明:机具能够实现高效、精准的橡胶苗芽片切割获取,具有良好的应用前景。此设计方案既可以为橡胶苗芽片的机械获取提供有效的技术支持,又能够为甘蔗等农作物的机械化取种提供借鉴和启示。The design and validation test of a rotary cutting rubber seedling bud slice acquisition machine was be carried aut.A new design scheme for an automated rubber seedling bud acquisition machine was proposed to address the current issue of low efficiency in manual cutting of rubber seedlings bud slice.The design adopted a rotating cutting structure,including a clamping mechanism,a rotating cutting mechanism,a transmission mechanism,and a control system,which can cut rubber seedlings bud slice quickly and accurately.Introduced the design principle,specific structure,and working principle of the mechanism,and verified its cutting effect through experiments.The results showed that the machine can achieve efficient and accurate rubber seedling bud slice cutting and acquisition,and had good application prospects.This design scheme can provide effective technical support for the mechanical acquisition of rubber seedling bud slice,and also provide reference and inspiration for the mechanized seed extraction of sugarcane and other crops.
