摘  要:针对多自由度振动筛缺乏可靠的自动控制方法、自适应能力差和难以解决物料非均匀喂入条件下筛分损失率高的问题,结合已研制的三自由度混联振动筛,提出一种基于透筛物料分布状态的振动筛姿态控制方法。通过在筛下放置多个籽粒计数传感器,监测透筛籽粒的分布状态,并提出评价指标,设计了水平姿态角模糊控制器。在已研制的三自由度混联振动筛上进行非均匀喂入条件下的振动筛自动控制性能试验,结果表明:模糊控制器可以实现振动筛姿态的自适应调整,能够有效改善筛面物料的分布状态,降低筛分损失率。In view of the lack of reliable automatic control method and poor adaptive ability of multi degree of freedom vibrating screen,it is difficult to solve the problem of high screening loss rate under the condition of non-uniform feeding of materials.Combined with the developed three degree of freedom hybrid vibrating screen,a attitude control method of vibrating screen based on the distribution state of materials passing through the screen was proposed.By placing multiple grain counting sensors under the sieve,monitoring the distribution status of the screened grains,and proposing evaluation indicators,a horizontal attitude angle fuzzy controller was designed.The automatic control performance test of the vibrating screen under non-uniform feeding conditions was conducted on a developed three degree of freedom hybrid vibrating screen.The results showed that the designed fuzzy controller can achieve adaptive adjustment of the vibrating screen posture,effectively improve the distribution of materials on the screen surface,and reduce the screening loss rate.
