摘  要:教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑,一体化是三者协同发展的共识愿景和最高价值。地方高校作为我国高等教育重要的组成部分,推进教育、科技、人才一体化是学校办学适应国际竞争的必然选择,是办学历史发展的规律体现,也是办学高质量发展的自觉追求。立足新时代新征程,地方高校应坚持把建设教育强国和办好人民满意的教育结合起来,始终遵循教育、科技、人才一体化的发展逻辑,有序推进人才培养模式改革、科研组织形态变革、学术评价制度改革、内部治理体系改革,努力培养堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人,为我国高等教育强国建设提供发展新动能。Education,science and technology and talents are the basic and strategic support for building the modern socialist country in an all round way,and integration is the consensus vision and the highest value of the coordinated development of the three.As an extremely important part of China’s higher education,promoting the integration of education,science and technology and talents is the inevitable choice for schools to adapt to international competition,the law of the historical development of running schools,and the conscious pursuit of high quality development of running schools.Based on the new era of new journey,local colleges and universities should adhere to the construction of education power and do a good job in people’s satisfactory education,always follow the integration of education,science and technology,talent development logic,orderly promote the reform of talent training mode,scientific research organization change,academic evaluation system reform,internal management system reform,efforts to cultivate the era of national rejuvenation,for the development of higher education power construction provide new kinetic energy.
