摘　　要：文章基于科技伦理治理背景,从制度建设、伦理审查开展、教育培训等方面对西藏自治区科技伦理审查工作开展调研。调研发现,目前西藏自治区科技伦理审查工作存在审查体系不完善、审查机制不健全、信息化建设水平不高等问题。针对上述问题,文章提出了完善科技伦理组织管理体系、优化科技伦理制度建设、建立科技伦理审查机制、完善科技伦理监管服务机制等对策建议。Based on the background of scientific and technological ethics governance,this paper investigates the scientific and technological ethics review in the Xizang Autonomous Region from the aspects of system construction,ethical review,education and training.The survey found that the current review of science and technology ethics in the Xizang Autonomous Region has problems such as imperfect review system,imperfect review mechanism,and low level of informatization construction.In response to the above issues,the article proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the management system of technology ethics organizations,optimizing the construction of technology ethics systems,establishing technology ethics review mechanisms,and improving technology ethics supervision and service mechanisms.
