摘　　要：进入新时代,加快推动社会保障学科建设是服务国家战略新需求、推动社会保障制度改革创新、构建中国特色社会保障学科话语体系、培养适应新时代要求的社会保障专业人才的迫切需要。目前,我国社会保障学科面临学科交叉不成熟、理论研究滞后于制度发展实践、缺乏夯实的学科理论基础、专业师资力量急缺、人才培养模式陈旧等问题。应确立回应时代新需求、定位时代新格局、贯彻时代新理念、探索育人新形式的发展定位。坚持守正创新、推动与相关学科的深度交融,坚持价值引领、将思政元素融入培养方案与课程体系设计,坚持立德树人、创新多层次多类型人才培养模式,坚持以现实需求为导向、构建中国特色社会保障理论体系,坚持立足国情、加快推动理论研究成果转化应用的实践定向,是推动社会保障学科高质量发展的行动路径。In the new era,accelerating the construction of social security discipline is an urgent need to serve the new needs of national strategy,promote the reform and innovation of social security system,build a discourse system of social security discipline with Chinese characteristics,and cultivate social security professionals adapted to the requirements of the New Era.At present,China's social security discipline is facing problems such as immature interdisciplinary integration,theoretical research lagging behind the practice of system,lack of a solid theoretical foundation,urgent shortage of professional teachers,and outdated mode of talents cultivation.The development orientation of responding to the new needs of the times,positioning the new pattern of the times,implementing the new concepts of the times,and exploring new forms of education should be established.The action path to promote the high-quality development of social security discipline show as follow:firstly,adhere to inheritance and innovation and promote the deep integration with relevant disciplines;secondly,adhere to the value leadership and integrate the ideological and political elements into the design of training programs and curriculum systems;thirdly,adhere to fosters virtue through education and innovative multi-level and multi-type cultivating model;fourthly,adhere to take the realistic needs as the guidance and constructs the theoretical system of social security with Chinese characteristics;fifthly,adhere to the practical orientation of accelerating the transformation and application of theoretical research results based on national conditions.
