网络建议行为中立场表达的主体间性话语策略

摘　　要：立场表达是社会行为者的一种评价行为,能够定位社会行为者,调节立场表达者的同盟关系并建构主体间性。本研究结合立场三角和主体间性理论,以网络语境下的心理健康建议为语料,探究网络建议行为中立场表达的主体间性话语策略及其运作机制。网络建议中,言者表达立场,在评价客体的同时进行自我定位,与听者建立主体间性的同盟关系。该行为主要涉及缓和策略与视角化策略的运作。缓和策略通过建构对话空间调节交际双方的认识立场,通过弱化建议语力、缓和语气减轻建议行为可能带来的负面效果,建构了言者和听者的平等对话关系,体现出言者对听者认知态度、面子或形象的关注。视角化策略通过视角转换实现交际双方态度趋同、引发听者的情感共鸣,建构了态度共同体,最终实现相互理解、达成立场一致。本研究可为网络建议行为中人际关系的管理和网络和谐话语体系的建构提供参考。Expressing stance is an act of evaluation owned by social actors,which can position social actors,calibrate alignment between stancetakers and construct intersubjectivity.By combining the stance triangle and the theory of intersubjectivity,this study explores the discursive strategies of intersubjectivity for stancetaking and their working mechanism in online advice in relation to mental health.In online advice,speakers evaluate objects and position themselves,thereby establishing intersubjective alignment with listeners.These acts mainly involve the working of the discursive strategies of intersubjectivity,that is,mitigation and perspectivation strategies.The mitigation strategy calibrates the relationship between two epistemic stances through constructing a dialogic space and alleviates the negative effect of advice by diminishing its force.This furthers the construction of an equal and interactive relationship between participants,reflecting speakersconcern for listenersepistemic attitudes,face or image.The perspectivation strategy realizes the convergence of attitudes between participants and evokes listenersemotional resonance through perspective shifting,further constructing a sense of community and realizing mutual understanding and convergent alignment.This study can provide insights for the management of interpersonal relationships in online advice and the construction of a harmonious discourse system in online environments.
