摘　　要：本文介绍了英国中小型博物馆的发展背景,并基于在达科勒姆博物馆的实习经历,从藏品、策展及运营管理等方面探讨博物馆面临资源和运营困境时的应对策略。围绕“藏品、社区、可持续”的发展目标,该博物馆开展了系列实践活动,并取得了突出成果,成为英国博物馆拓展社区服务功能的典型案例。本文同时分析了英国中小型博物馆繁荣发展背后的社会文化因素、政策推动以及筹资运营策略,并结合我国中小型博物馆的藏品资源、社会文化背景等实际情况,提出了博物馆管理和教育运营的发展建议,并以此作为我国未来中小型博物馆在扩展社区服务方面的借鉴。This paper introduces the development background of small and medium-sized museums in the UK.Based on an internship experience at the Dacorum Heritage Trust(DHT),it explores strategies for addressing resource and operational challenges from the perspectives of collections,curation,and management.Centered on the development goals of"collections,community,and sustainability,"the museum has implemented a series of practical initiatives with remarkable results,making it a representative case of UK museums expanding their community service functions.Additionally,the study analyzes the social and cultural factors,policy support,and fundraising strategies behind the success of small and medium-sized museums in the UK.Drawing comparisons with the collection resources and socio-cultural context of Chinese museums,the paper offers recommendations for the management and educational operations of museums in China,serving as a reference for the future expansion of community service.
