摘 要:随着抗生素在医疗、农业以及畜牧业等行业的广泛应用,地表水中抗生素污染问题已经对人类健康和生态系统的稳定构成了严重威胁。我国西南地区与南亚、东南亚多个国家接壤,因其独特的地理位置和复杂的地形地貌,地表水环境中抗生素的分布特征及环境效应具有一定特殊性。目前,已有研究结果显示在我国西南地区地表水中检测到多种抗生素,且发现抗生素具有典型的分布特征。通过综述近年来西南地区地表水中抗生素的污染现状及其分布特征,并探讨抗生素对水生生态系统、微生物群落以及人类健康的潜在影响,期望为该地区地表水环境中抗生素污染的控制与科学管理提供一定参考依据。With the wide application of antibiotics in medical treatment,agriculture and animal husbandry,the problem of antibiotic contamination in surface water has posed a serious threat to human health and the stability of the ecosystem.Southwest China is bordered by many countries in South and Southeast Asia,and due to its unique geographic location and complex topography,the distribution characteristics and environmental effects of antibiotics in the surface water environment have certain special characteristics.Currently,research results have shown that a variety of antibiotics have been detected in surface water in southwest China with typical distribution characteristics.By summarizing the current situation of antibiotic contamination in surface water and its distribution characteristics in southwest China in recent years,and exploring the potential impacts of antibiotics on aquatic ecosystems,microbial communities,and human health,it expects to provide a certain reference basis for the control and scientific management of antibiotic contamination in the surface water environment in this region.
