金华市儿童口腔健康影响因素分析及互联网+综合管理干预模式探索

摘　　要：目的探讨金华市儿童口腔健康相关生活质量状况及影响因素,为制定互联网+综合管理干预模式提供科学依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年1月—2024年1月选取金华市4个社区卫生服务中心的284名儿童作为研究对象。采用χ^(2)检验、二元logistic回归模型分析影响金华市儿童口腔健康相关生活质量状况的因素。结果在284名儿童中,患口腔疾病168例,占59.15%。母亲学历高中以下、有龋病、甜食摄入频率每天≥2次、未定期看牙、口腔健康知识了解状况一般、对待口腔健康态度一般为影响儿童口腔健康相关生活质量的危险因素(OR=1.989、3.579、2.606、2.513、2.211、1.801,P<0.05)。结论金华市儿童因口腔问题影响生活质量现象较为普遍,需针对相应影响因素,采用互联网+综合管理干预模式,加强宣教及行为指导,以降低口腔健康对儿童相关生活质量造成的影响。Objective To investigate the oral health-related quality of life status and influencing factors of children in Jinhua City,and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of the Internet+integrated management intervention model.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 284 children from four communities in Jinhua City from January 2023 to January 2024 as survey respondents.Chi square test and binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the relevant factors affecting the oral health-related quality of life status of children in Jinhua City.Results Out of 284 children,168 suffered from oral diseases,accounting for 59.15%.Low mother’s education,caries,frequency of sweet intake≥2,lack of regular dental visits,general knowledge of oral health and general attitude towards oral health were all risk factors affecting children’s oral health-related quality of life(OR=1.989,3.579,2.606,2.513,2.211,1.801,P<0.05).Conclusion The oral health level of children in Jinhua City still needs to be improved,and the phenomenon of oral problems affecting the quality of life is relatively common,so it is necessary to address the corresponding influencing factors,adopt the Internet+integrated management intervention model,and strengthen the education and behavioral guidance,in order to reduce the impact of oral health on children’s related quality of life.
